Over the past 20 years system training degraded morally and materially. In the early 90 ‘s there has been a massive exodus of personnel from the industry. Currently, the average age of teachers – 60-70 years. There are very few qualified specialists and, therefore, particularly the question of a new approach to training and retraining of sports doctors.

By sports functionaries constantly hear references to the sports doctors prepared Faculty of the University. But so far has passed 20 years! For a long time could be a full-fledged training of medical personnel for the sports industry.

Today there is an urgent need for a single specialized services medico-biological training athletes, which “covers” the entire sport (“youth” to “elite”).But creating such a service is, above all, in the absence of qualified personnel. That is, in the absence of sports doctors as such.
